These deals are limited to one per customer, and the sale ends when Memorial Day does, at 11:59PM on 5/31/2010.

Featured products include DryEars, Devon Superstore's answer to swimmer's ear. With summer on the way, so too is warmer weather and trips to the ocean or pool. Using DryEars after a swim can reduce the chances of having swimmer's ear or other water-related ear injuries by using air to safely dry out the ear canal.

Our newest pulse oximeter has also hit the shelves - the PC-60A2. It is the newest model and is loaded with features while still remaining affordable. With its colorful display, pulse strength indicator, adjustable viewing angles, and alarm function, it has everything you need in a pulse oximeter and more.

As always, check in often for updates and coupons. The memorial day coupons are listed below and will work with orders until 11:59PM on 5/31/2010. Happy Holidays!

Which Pulse Oximeter is Right for You?

With so many pulse oximeters on the market today, it's difficult to know which one to choose. Depending on what your need is, you might not have to spend a fortune to get one that does what you need it to. Do you want to continuously monitor your oxygen level or just check it every once in a while? Do you want to use it outdoors as well as outdoors? Is an alarm necessary if your readings fall below a certain level? There are a lot of options out there and we hope to clear up the confusion so you can find the perfect pulse oximeter at Devon Superstore!

Continuous Monitoring vs. Spot Checking
Generally this is the first step in deciding which pulse oximeter to get. If you are in need of recording data overnight, we highly recommend getting a unit specific to sleep use (like the PC68B). However, for daytime use, a handheld pulse oximeter or finger pulse oximeter can be used for continuous monitoring. Some people find handheld units with probes like the PC66 to be more comfortable for this type of use.

For everyone else, almost any fingertip pulse oximeter will do the trick. They fit the finger comfortably, and as long as the user isn't moving around a lot they will stay on the finger perfectly. These are also best for spot check measurements as they can be easily carried around in a pouch and taken out when necessary. They can give their user peace of mind in a few seconds with one quick measurement.

Alarm
Most handheld oximeters come with an alarm (some of which can be programmed to go off outside of a desired SpO2 or pulse range). Not every fingertip unit have this ability though. Check out the PC60C, PC60D, or C3 for finger oximeters with this option. These are all pre-programmed to go off if SpO2 falls below 90% or the pulse rate isn't in the 50-120 range.

Display & Changeable Viewing Angle
Almost all of our oximeters have displays that are viewable in any lighting condition, but stay away from the PC60ORG and PC60A if you need to take measurements in the dark at certain times. Every other unit has a backlight which makes it viewable in the dark. If you are interested in changing the viewing angle (rotating it 90 degrees), go with the PC60C, C202, PC60D, C3, or PC60E.

Each of our oximeters has its strengths and benefits, depending on what its user needs it to do. Check out www.Devonsuperstore.com to see all of our products.
